Another dead topic? Time will tell I suppose...
Liar game is the story of a hopelessly naive young girl called Nao Kanzaki... one day she receives a package which is where the story begins.
The contents, 100 million yen and a letter saying that she had been selected to enter the Liar Game tournament... a battle between herself and another player with the objective of stealing the other players money by any means possible.
At the end of the game, the players would be expected to return their initial 100 million yen meaning that one could conceivably win upto 100 million yen.
Problem is... Nao is a very trusting soul, when she finds out that her opponent was her ex-schoolteacher, she happily gives him her money for 'safekeeping' so that they could both return the money at the end of the game and get out without incurring any debt...
When she discovers that she has been duped... she is advised to enlist the aid of a genius con artist who has just been released from prison... Shinichi Akiyama... Will she be able to convince him to help her? What challenges lie ahead? How will she ever escape the clutches of the Liar Game tournament?
Totally love it so far... characters do tend to yell a lot (but its all text so its not like theyre really yelling... but you get what I mean...)
