this is the only movie in a pile of shit that's gonna b released in this month that i feel can kick your ass, and hard. directed by vishal bharadwaj, a supremely talented director, music composer and a producer, the trailer hardly reveals the plot. but the feel, you feel slapped- that's how hard hitting it is. 26th june- desperately waiting for the date.

ya i know. mine was the same reaction when i saw it the 1st time. but c'mon, the reaction was the same when i 1st saw dev d trailer. its not the actor who gives performance but director who EXTRACTS performance. abhay deol made me sit up, stand up, jump off my seat and take notice. i hope shahid kapoor will do the same *fingers crossed

sad news. the release date is 7th of august. no idea about music release date.

@daone: dude, Jin has a serious issue with Shahid Kappor. i wasn't even aware of his very existence had it not been for JAB WE MET, which BTW was a very OK movie... IMO. after which i had the misfortune of watching Kismatt Konnection(damn, these people need to get thier fikkin' spelling right).

so, if it's a Shahid Kapoor movie, zen i weel naut vach eet. i learn from my mistakes.

come on. look at the damn poster in wiki. the guy looks like a fag! he's wearing a v-neck and got no muscles so that clearly puts him in the "fag" category.
then again, never judge a book by it's cover.

I think I'll bet 25,000$ on the fact this movie will flop. Badly.

yeeeeeeah!! listen to title song, pehli baar mohobbat and the chartbuster dhan ta na. the other 2 are pretty decent too. the theme music seems repetitive but has a distinct joy of it. a winner album i would say.

uh,.... i remember people*coughthatwhore-ladyexgfofminecough* praising "Awarapan" for having good songs in it. heck i admit that i kinda liked "Toh Phir Aao". but the movie sucked major BALLS! that taught me 2 valuable lessons:

1. NEVER SEE AN IMRAN HASHMI FLICK even if a certain somebody asks you to see it.

2. Good songs do not guarantee a good movie

lucky b*i*t*c*h. the multiplexes are all closed for next 3 days over here, in mumbai, thanks to the bloody piggy scare. can't catch the movie now.

Yeah I'm looking forward to watching this one even though I don't like Shahid Kapoor one bit.What's with all those overgrown biceps?He is way too muscular for his height...and that kinda turns me off.But have to admit he was quite good in Jab We Met.
Let's see what kind of review Kaminey gets.

Yeah, the story seems pretty standard for a bollywood flick...Good Twin, Bad Twin, Good Twin got something good to do, Bad Twin got something bad to do. They switch places, kick ass, talk some brotherly love, live happily ever after.

But the new extended trailer seems really crazy. What the hell is he doing sprinting on Mahalaxmi Race Course, wearing blinkers, with 4 riderless, wild white horses chasing him? Who switched on the "red and black (I'll call it the 'Conjugate Saawariya' colour scheme)" filter? and a haze of other crazy bits that I wouldn't mind seeing, if only to understand what the context is.

Apparently it is. I've read only Mumbai Mirror's and Hindustan Times' reviews but they're both glowing with praise for the movie and in particular Shahid Kapur (Kapoor?).
