I'm sorry, but your logic sounds completely wrong to me.

Imagine if you got highest percentage in your state, and you celebrate and everything. And then some Ass-wipe boycotts the Board because according to him, somebody else worked harder. So they lower ur % to accommodate this fellow's request, and give 1st rank to the "deserving" one.

Note, I'm not saying Heath didn't deserve it. I'm a big Batman fan and loved the Dark Knight and Heath's performance, I'm just saying your logic is twisted.
