Introduction - Hello

Hello everyone, I met some of you a week ago and I was told to come here and register on the forums. I am 19, live in the United States, and just recently took an interest in anime this year. I really like math and I plan on getting a masters in computer science.

Aside from my interest in math I like playing the piano and I've been teaching myself since last May. Lately I have been learning Moonlight Sonata movement 1, its fun to play. I have 4 dogs which include: 2 welsh terriors, 1 soft coated wheaten, and a husky. I work at the University of Michigan decommissioning the Ford Nuclear reactor, removing contamination and radiation. Almost all of it is gone and it doesn't appose a health risk. And yes, kiui was the one that introduced me to amalgamation because I had a problem on my math homework that kyo helped me with. Aside from my family life there isn't much else to tell that would be interesting enough to tell here.

So you like math eh; pretty cool. I hate math. And you also like playing the piano. That's cool; you're learning it all by your self. Even I play the piano. But honestly speaking...I'm no good at it. I do try my best though. All I need is practice. I wanna learn to play Moonlight Sonata Movement 1. Maybe I’ll try it on. My all time favorite is Canon. I love that piece.

Hey there Emoclew! Yay a maths+anime buddy! Rare to find these days.

Yes, I listen to The Fray. They are a pretty good band. Refering to Kahoko25's post, Canon is also my favorite piano piece. It was the piece I first learned how to play and it's the reason I am still playing today, practicing every week. Another favorite that I learned to play is River Runs Through You -Yiruma.

Wow, you play piano? I used to play that once but gave up after I mastered a song from a Snow White movie. Yeah, it was a loooooong time ago.

You don't know how envious I am you have 4 dogs! I can't have any, my mom would kick me out of house along with the dog, of course (Jin, I envy you too!). Talking about dogs, last week, after I returned every evening, there used to be this Labrador I played with, down my building. Dunno why, but I used to forget his name every time. I finally remembered it the 5th evening and since that day, I haven't spotted him.

Wow 4 dogs.. I'd always wanted a Golden retriever or a Labrador for myself but then mom would be like 'Hah learn to take care of yourself first...think about a dog after that.' >_>
I am not much of a Fray fan..although I've listened to 'You found me' and found it pretty good.
