Anyway I made one yesterday.. hope you like it enough to use it
It looks like a white background but its actually transparent (hopefully). The current GFX logo is transparent as well.. just Right Click > View Image on it (the GFX logo)
Tell me if any changes are needed to be done.. I've kept the original PSD file so it can be easily edited

Its a nice one Bagpipes. Thanks alot! Arr0wHead, I shall give you the responsibility on doing the job of putting the banner up. For three reasons:-
1) The present one doesn't look any greater than this.
2) You hardly do anything in the Admin CP
3) I don't know how to do this one thing.
Its at least something WE did. Let's be proud of it. Next month I'm gonna try learning how to make a skin too. Though, it will still be amateurish. *Goes googling*

Like I said.. there wasn't supposed to be any white on it.. thereby giving the impression it was a really small thing. It didn't work.
Remove the current one and put this one.. it will fit nicely..

Uploaded- Looks awesome.
The original wasn't transparent. I opened it on paint, and it had a white background instead of the checkerboard pattern.
This one looks excellent though, really suits the theme.

I originally made 3 banners.. the first 2 taking an hour each.. I scrapped them both because I did a bit too much and they were looking terrible.. the current one took me just 2 mins.. simplicity is so much better..
If anyone's interested, coughsaintexodiacough , thats only font with a brush pattern behind, both having outer glow. the brush pattern is on linear dodge
