Have I got the software for you....

Its
called picaloader.... and guess what it can do.... it can download all
the images right off from mangafox or other online manga viewing
site.... sort them by the chapter and volume... and make nifty folders
for you.... well its actually designed to simply grab all the images
from any url you point it to... so it works if you wanna archive
wallpapers from some site as well....but it works terrific for
manga...its a bit tricky to use... but once you get it (took me like
1/2 an hour playing with some settings...).... its a breeze.... dunno
how well it will work with indian connections though... but its
definitely gotta be faster...

taken down from practically every other place... so... get to it
