Crazy movie... but another option in similarish vein would be Millenium Actress.... and lets see.... Paprika perhaps?

All of Satoshi Kon's works are of this type. They mess with your head...and leave you searching for answers well after the movie is over. You can't actually tell apart fantasy from reality,with all the crazy stuff happening. Even the anime series "Paranoia Agent" was of the same type. I remember saying WTF more times while watching this than any other anime I can remember.

But yeah...this is definitely not for kids and sensitive viewers (read May chan).....
