Flust down your problems!
What can you buy with $19 million? A luxurious villa in Beverly Hills, a Rolls Royce, maybe a trip round the globe? If your answer is yes, then it’s time to change your thinking. Presenting the worlds costliest toilet, priced at an estimated $20 million , prepared by NASA for the International Space Station!
So what’s so hot about this loo? For starters, it has all the facilities to make you comfortable while answering to natures call, even in zero gravity! That’s not all, get this…this baby can actually turn urine into drinkable water!! That’s right, since water shortage was a big concern for astronauts, NASA with collaboration from RSC Energia, in Korolev, Russia came up with this beast. So basically the idea is to recycle drinking water. This is supposed to have been introduced in 2008 and will be implemented from 2009 when the Space Station crew will be expanded to 6. Now that’s what I call drinking your piss, literally!

This is not just hot air!
Since traditional and perishable sources of energy are becoming depleted rather fast, scientists are scampering round the globe in search for alternative sources of energy. From water to cooking oil, everything is being tried and tested.Keeping with this line comes a car from French car maker MDI Enterprises (motor development international) in collaboration with TATA, that, believe it or not, runs on air!
The concept is basically to use compressed air as an energy source, resulting in zero pollution, light wight and a lot less production costs.MDI recently unveiled a whole plethora of their "Air cars" at the recently concluded 79th Geneva International Motor Show, ranging from small buses to sedans and urban family cars.TATA is looking to unveil the cars on Indian roads sometimes this year.Something to keep an eye out for in the near future!

you have got to be 5#177ing me! AND it looks like a wicked ride.
im not buying this. if it is true then it'll cost a lot. anyways, it's not gonna hit indian roads for a long time. it's the TATAs for crying out loud! the dorks couldn't even launch the world's cheapest car properly (thanks to Mamata and the Recession). i guess the world really is a cruel place for Parsi people.
after some wiki, i got this. MDI is all about "air cars". check it out. here's the link.
MDI's website showed a car called the AIR POD. *coughiPODcough*. kinda looks funny all the other cars.
oh and MDI is not French but it's Luxembourgish. wiki told me so.DIE HARD wrote:...French car maker MDI Enterprises...
