I personally prefer using Internet Download Manager. It gives me deadly speeds anywhere and everywhere!

I didn't enjoy Orbit that much. And Free Download Manager gave me some trouble.

Though IDM has a free version for download, I have the Crack too. So technically I'm using the Full Version. There isn't much difference between the two.

Flashget was also giving me troubles. But when I had long ago just started downloading, I used to use Flashget. It was a good Manager. But comapred to IDM, I still prefer IDM to it.

I use FDM, never gave me any problem. I use IDM for downloading flv files from video streaming sites.

IDM.

It gets a fairly good download speed of 150-200 KB/s at normal traffic in Hostel

Yep I use IDM too..I get a pretty good speed and using the queue feature I can schedule my downloads to begin at any time.
And besides IDM enables you to download videos from most streaming sites..nothing can be better.
