Bloggish Look

We have a new feature giving us the ability to make the forum look a little Bloggish. Say yes or no if you wanna keep it like this. I made the Announcements section like this for evaluation purpose.

is the current look the bloggish one? or is there more?

This look is the blog look of forumotion. Its a very recent thing. Came out on 24th August. 3 Days ago. Saw it this morning and I thought I'd ask everyone how they like it.

It's got its own pros and cons. Lets start with the cons. Cons mainly consist of the fact that its very inconvenient for big discussions to take place. Plus the font of the replies are way too small. I'll see if I can change that.

As for pros...Weeeeeel, I was thinking that for the guys who don't have Blogs...like ME; they can make their own blogs here. And like...I mean...you know...*sigh*

Well, frankly its a real bother to go to the forum first and later on go to your blog and post there and so on and so forth. So if we have both the blog AND the forum together...it's sort of easier. And a blog is personalised. It's your OWN stuff you're talking about. Unlike in the Chat Thread, where random talk is being done, here it's about YOU. If you are understanding my horrible method of explaining.

So I'll say that if you want a Blog Section where individual blogs can be made, then just voice it here.

Oh! And about the looks right now -> If you want this look for certain sections of the forum, tell me here. We'll discuss the issue over.

P.S -> If you're worried what will happen if the forum shuts down or Forumotion closes the forum...forumotion has a daily backup of the forum. So your blogs will be saved in the backup. I'm still investigating the Back Up thing.

Dang. I found one glitch with the blog look. Beside all our names, the word ONLINE comes irrespective of the fact that we are online or not. Will look into that too.

Well, firefox has an add-on where you can blog from anywhere.

I don't you blogging, its just that I don't like this layout.

Bloggish is good.......but I wanna see my avatar T_T

nah man, don't do it. i like the forum the way it is.
