Anyone watching this series? Myself I have seen pretty much all of it... brilliant stuff really... lots of dry witty humor... almost British... but not quite.
The main focus of this series is the Chief of the Diagnostician team at Princeton Plainsboro hospital, Dr Gregory House... a very cynical middle aged man who has a permanent limp and is addicted to the painkillers which have been prescribed to him (pops em like candy)... He hates having to to the more mundane things that doctors are supposed to do and enjoys solving the puzzling cases that often arrive at the hospital (he does not like to say that he 'treats patients').
The series follows him and his team of experts as they work together to arrive at an accurate diagnosis and save the patients life. The show manages to integrate the various interactions between all the various personalities very well (which is the source of much of the humor).
4.5/5 I would say... but depends on your sense of humor really... if you prefer cliched slapstick humor... this is not the one for you... and also if youre a hypochondriac... you might become convinced that you have a rare and deadly disease / medical condition...
