There is an anime for this series now in case anyone is interested…. I know I am…. The story might seem a little familiar…. But its is done up really well…. We have Sawako… a girl who for all intents and purposes… is a clone of Sadako (please don’t tell me I have to explain who that is)…. People avoid her and generally treat her as if she does not exist…. This is in addition to the usual bullying….. however…. One day…. A guy takes notice of her…. And calls her by her actual name (as opposed to Sadako)…. The boy is Kazehaya…. The school ‘Prince’ so to speak…. In any case… as you might guess…. The manga is about how the two of them fall in love…. And struggle to tell each other their true feelings… along the way you have the usual retinue of jealous girls and a couple good friends…. The reason I like this manga (even though the formula seems so familiar)…. Is that Sawako is a fairly unique character… and the manga art… esp Sawako…. Is very appealing to me…. I hope this does not turn into a disappointment later down the road…. But considering it has an anime being released… which also seems to be intensely popular…. I think I have a good series on my hands here….
